I discovered the T'ai Chi!

I've discovered Taiji!

I started practicing Taiji

At 24 I was looking for a sport that I could always practice, even as an old man, because I wanted a long and beautiful life. I took the plane and went to London to meet Master Chee Soo, who introduced me to Taiji Quan.

At the school of Ermanno Cozzi

Then I went to Milan to Ermanno Cozzi's school, the greatest master of Italian Taiji Quan, who spent his life between China and Italy to bring the true Yang style to our country. With him I followed two years of private lessons.

I became a disciple

At his death I went to China and learned traditional Yang style from grandmaster Hou Tien Chen, a disciple of Yang Zhenji Hou of the fourth generation of the Yang family. I went directly to the source of the Yang style.
I am the only non-Chinese chosen by master Hou Tien Chen as a disciple. He is the one who asked me to make disciples all over Europe. And for this I founded the association La Via del T'ai Chi.

I started to practice Taiji

When I was 23, I was looking for a sport that I would be able to practice well into my old age because I wanted a long and beautiful life – both mental and physical.
Daily practice of Taiji Quan has become a way of life.
I traveled to London to meet Master Chee Soo, who helped to discover Taiji Quan.

At Ermanno Cozzi’s School

Later, I attended Ermanno Cozzi’s school in Milan, home of a great master of Taiji Quan. He spent his life in China, Hong Kong, and India in order to bring the Taiji Quan of the Yang family to Italy.

I became a disciple

Master Cozzi taught me one-on-one weekly for 3 years.
For years, I studied the nuances of the traditional Yang family style of Taiji in China from the famous Master Hou Tien Chen, a close disciple of Yang Zhenji (the second born son of Yang Chen Fu), 4th generation of the Yang family. Through his teachings, I became closer to the fundamental concepts of the Yang style.
As Master Hou Tien Chen’s only non-chinese disciple, it is my mission to bring his unique style of Taiji to Europe. My goal is to impart all of the love and seriousness that I have held and learned to my students.
