THE QI GONG PROGRAM (read Ci Kun)
The Qi Gong program present today in our courses is mostly the result of the teachings of M ° and Dr. Zhao Min Hua.
Master Jian Shan Qing and Master Zhao Min Hua teach
M ° and Dr. Zhao Min Hua teaches the Qi Gong of the Taoist method called Liang Yi Gong or the "Qi Gong of opposites" taught to him by Master Jian Shan Qing (1912-1989). This style of Qi Gong allows you to feel the manifesting Qi and its development very quickly.
Furthermore, this method makes it easier to pass energy into the small celestial circuit, without any harmful side effects.
The program of this method is shown below and consists of two sections: the Ming Gong and the Xing Gong. Ming Gong means "Practice to develop good health", Xing Gong means "development of special skills".
